Life Lately thru the Lens

AMP recently found a hidden neighborhood to run in, and he took me back there to see it.
(We love to house-hunt for fun!)  Peacocks greeted us from a nearby Horse Ranch.

Claire came by for a sleep over during her Spring Break a couple of weeks ago.  Bella also stayed wtih us for the slumber party, too.  She (Claire) went with me to my first Zumba class, and then we counter-acted all the calories we burned by eating at Keller's Hamburgers and ordering burgers and shakes.

Sometimes at our house we get the "Sunday Saddies," where one of us occasionally ends up bummed out about something.  It usually happens on Sunday afternoon, before the weeks starts up again.  (Coincidence?  I think not.)  So I combatted this one Sunday with a drive to the lake to watch the sunset.  It was spectacular.

We sent this pic to my Dad, who brought back an Argentininan grill set for Adam when he went for a work trip recently.  We used it (really for the grill, but Adam likes to pretend he's barbaric at times.  It's really endearing...)  And lately I've been into using cloth napkins given as wedding gifts.  They came in a pack of several colors, and they're just so happy!  We're also running low on paper napkins, so you know, this works, too.

And last, but certainly not least, we've now made 40 lasagnas!  We are up to $1,885 towards our fundraising goal, getting closer by the day.  Thank you for your support so very much.  We are taking a break from lasagnas for the month of April but have a very special event coming up at the end of the month.  Stay tuned!
